We utilize simulation models (for heat and material balance), engineering costing models (impacting size/scale of operations), lab-scale analytics, historical data, and pilot-scale prototyping techniques including those impacting optimal proprietary catalyst choices.
ON-SITE INFRASTRUCTURE & PSM ANALYSIS
Our team uses a network of qualified industry partners to conduct assessments of available local resources including physical infrastructure, access, security, qualified labor, utilities, safety (HSE), permitting and supply-chain considerations. Our discipline in Operations Excellence, Process Safety and Risk Management are core of our business success. We identify, measure, monitor and manage critical issues and risk mitigation strategies throughout all our projects. This helps to assure the preliminary planning decisions reflect sound business opportunities.
